15 years of partnership with Interbeauty from Italy

As Time goes by...

The Aachen-based German cosmetics company Janssen Cosmetics GmbH and its Italian partner Interbeauty s.p.a from Dalmine (BG) look back on 15 years of successful cooperation in 2019. How did the cooperation start and what were the first steps together? The founder of the company and former managing director Walther Janssen looks back:

The first contact between the Italian partner and Janssen Cosmetics was established by our Spanish representative José Luis Conde, who introduced us to the company Interbeauty s.r.l. from Bergamo at the cosmetics fair in Bologna in 2003. José Luis had just taken over the representation of the German cosmeceutical brand in Spain and was enthusiastic about the brand.

The first meeting with Gabriella Bertolotti and Riccardo Zamblera, the owners and managing directors of Interbeauty s.r.l., took place in summer 2003 in Switzerland. Here they met with the Swiss representative Carmela Ramundo to discuss the details of a representation in Italy.

In January 2004 the successful business relationship between Interbeauty s.r.l. in Bergamo in Italy and Janssen Cosmetics GmbH in Aachen was started.

In 2004 Interbeauty supported Janssen Cosmetics with the organisation of the 2nd international Marketing Meeting, which took place on the occasion of Cosmoprof Bologna in Bologna. Since then, Interbeauty has been represented every year with a professional and visually appealing stand at the world's largest cosmetics fair. Every year there were many meetings with foreign partners, but also the beauty specialists from Italy meet there every year.

In 2019 we celebrate the 15th anniversary of the JANSSEN COSMETICS ITALIA partnership: we congratulate our partners at Interbeauty and their entire team on this great achievement  and at the same time assure the full support of the JANSSEN COSMETICS headquarters for the goal of making the brand better known among beauticians in Italy.
