Since 2004, the Janssen Cosmetics quality management system has been certified according to ISO in the fields of development, marketing, sales, training and logistics. This certification enables the company to offer internationally recognized proof of its tested quality management system. Janssen Cosmetics has recently been audited according to the new ISO 9001:2008 guidelines, and has again been certified in 2010.
By means of structured and clear processes and responsibilities, a QM system represents an important module, individually tailored to the company, for holistic, modern management.
The certificates are valid for 24 months and are awarded by the globally recognized TÜV organization. The limited certification period guarantees that a company constantly continues to develop and maintains or constantly improves its high quality standards.
